1:1 STRATEGIC RESET COACHING
The Work of Coming Back.
One-on-one coaching for experienced leaders ready to name the drift and return to work, and a life, they actually love.
WHO IS THIS FOR
Most of the leaders I work with have been carrying something for a while. They've had a season, or maybe several seasons, where their work asked more than it gave back. From the outside, they still look successful. Internally, they're tired in ways rest doesn't fix, and privately wondering whether this is what the rest of their working life is going to feel like.
If you've been asking that question, and if you're ready to stop pretending you haven't, this is likely for you.
Most clients I coach are experienced executives, upper-level managers, or seasoned professionals, typically somewhere between 40 and 60. Some are pastors and ministry leaders navigating the same tension inside a different context. What they share isn't a job title or an industry. It's the honest recognition that they've drifted, and the willingness to consider what to do about it.
A NOTE FOR PASTORS & FAITH-BASED LEADERS
My background includes years of pastoral ministry and denominational leadership, and much of my own experience with Mission Drift happened inside that context. That background shapes the way I listen and the questions I ask. It doesn't change the coaching itself in ways that would feel unfamiliar to leaders from other contexts. It simply means that if you serve inside a church, a ministry, or a faith-based organization, you don't have to translate.
THE FRAMEWORK
The 4R Process
The framework I use with every coaching client. The same process I walked through myself before I understood what was actually happening.
01 Reflect
Before anything can change, we understand what's actually going on. We look at your story, your responsibilities, your values, your frustrations, and identify where the drift began.
02 Release
We disengage from the things draining your energy without advancing the mission. Responsibilities, expectations, habits, or definitions of success that stopped serving you a long time ago.
03 Realign
We reconnect your time, energy, and decisions with what matters most. You clarify your mission, values, and direction, then make intentional choices about what deserves your attention.
04 Reignite
Recovery becomes real. We rediscover the joy your work once carried, or find a healthier version of it for the next season. This is where we build your 90-day plan.
THE ENGAGEMENT
What an Engagement Looks Like
LENGTH
Initial engagements typically run four to eight sessions. Enough to work through the 4R Process without rushing. Some clients extend. Some don’t. Either is a good outcome.
FORMAT
Sessions are one hour, over the phone or on video, whichever you prefer.
CADENCE
Sessions run either monthly or biweekly. Biweekly builds momentum faster. Monthly gives more space to sit with what's surfacing. We decide together.
BETWEEN SESSIONS
Email access between sessions, plus a shared document space that becomes your working record of the engagement and the 90-day plan.
What You Come Out With
THE OUTCOME
Clarity about what genuinely matters in this season.
Actionable, honest, and specific to where you actually are right now.
→
A short list of what needs to be released.
Sometimes practical: responsibilities, meetings, commitments. Sometimes internal: expectations and definitions of success that stopped serving you.
→
Alignment between what matters and how you spend your time.
A calendar that finally tells the truth about your priorities.
→
A 90-day plan.
Specific, actionable steps that give your reset traction after our sessions end. A working plan you can point at, revisit, and measure against.
→
Renewed clarity, and often, renewed energy for the work itself.
The goal is to lead, and live, from alignment instead of survival. To wake up to work you actually want to do again.
→
The Reset Begins With One Conversation.
A Strategic Reset Call is thirty minutes on a video call. No cost, no pitch. It's the first step for every coaching engagement, and a good first step whether or not we end up working together.
