Every offer I bring under Strategic Reset Co. is grounded in the same conviction. Burnout, overwhelm, and stress are usually symptoms of a deeper problem: leaders, teams, and organizations drifting from the mission that once gave their work meaning.
The format changes depending on who's in the room and what the moment calls for. A single leader ready to look honestly at their own drift needs something different than a leadership team trying to realign around a shared mission, which is different again from a room full of pastors or executives who need to hear the diagnosis named clearly and given language.
Most engagements start with a conversation. Whether that becomes coaching, a retreat, a consulting relationship, or a speaking event depends on what you're actually looking for. Below is the range.

PRIMARY OFFER
1:1 Strategic Reset Coaching
For experienced leaders ready to step back honestly, look at the drift, and design what comes next. Coaching engagements typically run four to eight one-hour sessions over three to six months, and move through the 4R Process: Reflect, Release, Realign, Reignite. Each engagement concludes with a specific, actionable 90-day plan.
Group Coaching Cohorts
A small group of leaders working through the 4R Process together over a defined season. The insight sharpens when you're not the only one carrying the question, and the accountability of a cohort often moves people faster than solo coaching alone. Cohorts are shaped around a specific audience — pastors, executives, or leaders at a shared career stage — and typically run six to eight weeks.

For teams and organizations ready to reset together.
Half-day and Full-day Intensives
A focused, single-day version of the Strategic Reset work for a leader or small leadership team ready to make significant progress in a compressed timeframe. Intensives are ideal for leaders in transition, teams facing an inflection point, or organizations that want to move quickly from clarity to a working plan without extending the process across months.
Strategic Reset Retreats
A multi-day retreat for leadership teams ready to name the drift together and realign around what matters most. Retreats combine reflection, structured conversation, one-on-one work, and time for the team to leave with a shared plan they built together. Retreats are shaped to fit each team's situation and typically run two to four days, on-site or off-site depending on the setting.
Organizational Consulting
Direct strategic support for leaders and organizations navigating significant transitions, staffing shifts, mission realignments, or seasons of unclear direction. Consulting engagements bring focused analysis, honest recommendations, and structured facilitation to the specific problem in front of you. This is where I move from drawing insight out to bringing expertise in, when that's what the moment calls for.

For churches, conferences, and events ready to give the ideas a room.
Workshops and Seminars
Guided sessions on Mission Drift, the 4R Process, and the work of leading in alignment. Typically delivered as two-to-four-hour sessions inside larger events, staff retreats, or leadership training programs. Well-suited for church staffs, denominational gatherings, executive teams, and conferences that want to introduce the framework to a group without committing to a full engagement.
Keynote Speaking
Talks on Mission Drift, the difference between burnout and misalignment, the 4R Process, and what it looks like for leaders to find their way back to work they actually love. Suited for conferences, leadership summits, denominational events, executive gatherings, and staff retreats where the goal is to shift how people are thinking rather than to work through a specific process.
