It started with a realization.

At some point, I began to notice a pattern. Not only in my own work, but in the teams and leaders around me.

Good people.
Hardworking teams.
Clear mission statements.

And yet, something felt off.

We were busy. We were committed. But we weren’t always aligned.

That gap is where Strategic Reset began.

This work didn’t start with a business plan.

Our Why

I’ve lived this from the inside. I’ve spent decades working in leadership, operations, and communications inside organizations that were trying to do meaningful work. Along the way, I experienced what many leaders experience but don’t always name.

Seasons where:

  • the work kept growing

  • expectations kept increasing

  • meetings filled the calendar

  • and clarity slowly started to fade

Nothing was necessarily broken. But something wasn’t fully working either.

That tension stayed with me.

Because I knew there had to be a better way to lead than just pushing harder and staying busy.

The issue wasn’t effort.
It was alignment.

Over time, I began to see it more clearly. Most leadership challenges aren’t caused by a lack of effort. They come from:

  • too many competing priorities

  • outdated assumptions that never got questioned

  • misalignment across leadership

  • and a lack of space to step back and think

Teams weren’t failing because they didn’t care.

They were stuck because they didn’t have the space to reset.

That’s where Strategic Reset comes in

Strategic Reset Co. was created to give leadership teams something they rarely get.

Space.

  • Space to step away from the daily grind.

  • Space to have honest conversations.

  • Space to name what needs to change.

  • Space to realign around what matters most.

Not just to feel better.

But to move forward with clarity and direction.

This isn’t just about individual leaders

While much of the leadership world focuses on individuals, I’ve found that the real change happens at the team level.

Because even the most capable leader can’t create alignment alone.

Strategic Reset is designed for leadership teams who want to think more clearly, work better together, and move forward with shared direction

That’s where momentum is built.

My role is simple…

I’m not here to give your team all the answers. I’m here to guide the conversation. To help you:

  • see what’s really going on

  • name what needs to change

  • and build a clear path forward

Because most teams don’t need more information. They need the space and structure to think clearly together.

If this resonates, it may be time for a reset. Every organization reaches moments where the old way of operating no longer works. If your team feels stuck, scattered, or out of alignment, that doesn’t mean something is broken.

It may just mean you need space to reset.

The Symbol of
Strategic Reset

Our logo tells a story. A story of transformation, intention, and the wisdom to embrace change at the right time.

When I began building Strategic Reset Co., I knew I wanted a phoenix—an emblem of rising from the ashes, of bold renewal. But it was my dear friend and creative partner, Courtney Askew, who added the layer of strategy that makes this mark truly unique.

Courtney envisioned the phoenix in motion…just beginning to lift off, symbolizing the moment right before momentum returns. But look closer. Nestled in the negative space between the wings is the silhouette of a chess piece. This is an elegant reminder that transformation doesn’t happen by accident. It requires strategy, foresight, and decisive movement.

This fusion of the mythical and the methodical captures everything Strategic Reset stands for:

Rebirth with purpose.

Vision with velocity.

Passion with precision.

Every time you see this mark, may it remind you that your next move is not just possible - it’s powerful.
